How Can I find my driver?
For Casual Pick & Drop, you receive notification of details about your ride along with driver’s details. Also, if you’re using our mobile app, you will be able to track our driver using GPS with the exact time to reach. In case of Meet & Greet, our driver will be waiting for you at terminal allocated for your arrival using flight monitoring system. Do Children count in the total capacity limit?
Children such as babies, infants. Toddlers up to age eight are not counted as per head. Above this limit, every child will be counted for a total limit of passengers.
How Much Luggage Can carry while travelling with Get Heathrow Taxis?
In 4-seater vehicles, there’s generous space for two large suitcases or 3 medium suitcases for that matter. Each vehicle has different capacity for luggage to fit in. It is better to enquire this with customer support before travelling to avoid disappointment.
Will the driver help me with luggage?
Of Course, yes, it is our honour and great privilege to assist passengers with their luggage. Our drivers will be happy to do so.
